This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may be provided for purchases made on Crochevia (https://crochevia.com), operated by Richcom LLC. Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, our refund rules differ from physical goods.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Crochevia are digital downloads, including templates, spreadsheets, Notion systems, toolkits, and other files. No physical items are shipped.

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may provide a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment — you purchased the same product more than once by accident.
  • Technical issues — you were unable to access the product due to a system error on our side.
  • Incorrect charge — your card was charged incorrectly or without your authorization.
  • Failure of delivery — you did not receive access to the product after a successful payment, and we are unable to restore access.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks (without contacting us first) may result in:

  • Loss of access to purchased products
  • Termination of your account
  • Permanent ban from future purchases

We provide full evidence of product delivery to Stripe, Airwallex, or your bank if a false claim is made.

6. Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your digital files, please email us with:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address used during purchase
  • Your order ID (if available)

We will resend or restore your access as soon as possible.
